How do I know you have received my package if I send without tracking?

When we receive an order we send an email to you where we confirm that we are in possession of your cards!
We have a fixed procedure where we video record the opening of your shipping
Subsequently, we make a complete overview of all the cards you have sent. You will receive a direct link (via mail) to your video documentation and overview that you only have access to. - We will send you this mail when we are completely done with a given submission and all customers - therefore you should not panic if this phase will be some time before you hear from us! - It's perfectly normal!
It is strongly recommended that packages are sent to us with GLS, as described at the top of this page!
