When you make multiple order with different submission types!

  • If you make several different orders, it is important that you make sure you send your cards to the right place! - Read the instructions on this, or write to us at support@letsgradecards.dk if you need assistance!
  • Be aware that one on bulk (TCG) DOES NOT May send sports cards! - However, you may want to send both TCG and sports on the type of service called "Bulk (Sport/TCG)"

What is TCG?

TCG is an abbreviation for "Trading Card Game" and is a common term for all cards you can play with! -That is, Pokemon Map, Yu-Gi-Oh!, MTG etc are all TCG cards.

What is non-sports card?

Non-sports cards are, for example, Marvel, Turtles and Disney Maps that you can't play with (TCG) or who is a sports card. - Non-Sports Maps must be sent in on all types of service!

What is sport card?

All cards have to do with sports are in this category! - This includes autograph cards and patch cards. Both regular sports cards, autograph cards and patch cards are sent on bulk (Sport/TCG).

Do you give a quantity discount?

  • We have implemented an automatic solution to our website, which based on the number of cards in your basket even calculates your quantity discount! - You don't actually have to do anything at all.
  • In some special cases, we offer a good offer on one or more submission types - in these cases the quantity discount lapses!
  • You can see our quantity discounts here - Place any cards in your basket on the website to see your prices

1-4 cards 0%
5-9 cards 5%
10-19 cards 8%
20-29 cards 12%
30-49 cards 15%
50-99 cards 20%
100+ cards 25%

May I buy several different submission types in the same order?

  • No! - Order with more than one submission type will be canceled.
  • We do this because cards from different submission types came home individually - this means that if you have to make an order with bulk (TCG) and bulk (Sport/TCG) which are 2 different submission types that then your cards will not come home at the same time .
  • This means that we need to send your cards of several times - it is only possible for us to create tracking once on an order and therefore there will be operations challenges if you place an order where there is more than one submission type in your order - do you have any questions about this then write to us at support@letsgradecards.dk

Can you explain the grading process?

  1. Select which cards you would like graded - do you need assistance then - if you need a lot of assistance, we typically take some payment for our time, but we think we are super fair.
  2. Pack your cards and send them properly.
  3. Access the website https://letsgradecards.dk and buy the number of cards you wish to send to us.
  4. We will receive your cards and send you a link to a video documentation and a list of which cards you sent us. This always happens before one's card is sent to grading, but it may well be long before you receive your video documentation and overview of cards sent.
  5. We enter your cards in the correct submission system.
  6. One's card is gently packed in the correct row rim.
  7. When all our internal procedures for secure handling and documentation are completed, your cards are sent with UPS. If you have paid for insurance, your cards are insured in this process.
  8. Once the grading company has received our shipping or an update is made in one's submission, the website's "Tracking" is updated - this can be found under "More Info".
  9. When one's card is received at LGC, the website is updated. Shortly thereafter, your cards will be sent back to you with GLS to the nearest parcel shop, or handed over to matraws in Kbh or Odense according to your choices - you will be notified by mail when your package is ready to be picked up.
  10. When your cards are sent from LGC, an email is sent to you with your tracking number - when your package is ready for pickup you will receive an email from GLS.

How to pack your cards?

  1. Protect your cards in a pennySleeve and a toploader / semi-rigid.
  2. If you have "Grading Bags" or "Team Bags" you can take a smaller stack of cards and seal in your bag. - Don't use Team Bags for each card - Pack your cards in piles!
  3. Take a smaller stack of cards and place a piece of cardboard on each side of your cards and fasten with tape.
  4. If it is to be perfectly optimal, you now put some plastic (bubble plastic) about every pile you have made with cardboard about your cards.
  5. Continue this process until you're done.
  6. Find an appropriate box and put your cards in the box.
  7. If there is air in the box or the possibility of your cards being able to move, fill the box with plastic or newsprint.
  8. Write address at the box and order shipping from the company you want.
  9. Please write your order number on your box so we can easily identify the box upon receipt.
  10. We strongly recommend that you always send packages with tracking.

Can you hand in your cards physically?

  • You can hand in your cards physically at Matraws in Copenhagen at Admiralgade 20, 1066 Copenhagen K during the store's opening hours.
  • You can also hand in your cards physically in Matraw's X LetsgradeCards store in Odense on Vestrebro 34, 5000 Odense C during the store's opening hours.

How do I know you have received my package if I send without tracking?

  • When we receive an order we send an email to you where we confirm that we are in possession of your cards!
  • We have a fixed procedure where we video record the opening of your shipping
  • Subsequently, we make a complete overview of all the cards you have sent. You will receive a direct link (via mail) to your video documentation and overview that you only have access to. - We will send you this mail when we are completely done with a given submission and all customers - therefore you should not panic if this phase will be some time before you hear from us! - It's perfectly normal!
  • It is strongly recommended that packages are sent to us with GLS, as described at the top of this page!

What is the difference between PSA-Bulk, PSA-Value+, Relate, Dual Grade and PSA Regular?

The difference is the speed of how fast you get your cards back. There is also a difference between how expensive one's cards must be when they are graded before being "upcharged" - (see what upcharge means further down on this page!)

  • Bulk (TCG) = 199 $/short after grading and takes estimated 3-4 months in delivery.
  • Bulk (Sport) = 499 $/Shortly after grading and takes Estimated 3-4 months in delivery.
  • Value+ = 499 $/short after grading and takes estimated 2-3 months in delivery.
  • Regular = 1499 $/short after grading and takes estimated 1½-2 months in delivery.
  • Rhiner = 499 $/short after grading and takes estimated 2 months in delivery
  • Dual Grade = 499 $/Shortly after Grading and takes Estimated 3-4½ months in Delivery

How do I know how far my cards have come in the grading process?

We update "Tracking" on the website as often and often as our time allows:

When my cards are graded, how do they come home to me?

Return cards are sent with GLS to the nearest GLS-Shop or handed in to your favorite "Hotspot" which was indicated when you placed your order on the website.

What does it cost to get the degree of its cards?

It varies from company to company and from the type of service to the type of service - it also varies in terms of how much you choose to get degree! - The more you send the cheaper it becomes. Use the website to see your prices in different situations - unless there is "Upcharge" on an order there is no other expenses for you once you have paid - you can therefore see your price by placing your products in your basket and go to checkout (you can always jump away from the checkout page if you want - only when you have accepted your order it will be placed in our system)

What is Upcharge?

  • It is a concept that happens if you have sent a map to grading, where one's card is significantly worth more than the maximum declared value at a given service level.
  • For example, if you send a card in which in its graded form is $ 1500 on a bulk service where the maximum declared value is $ 500 there is a chance to be "upcharged" - it is not always it happens, but there is a chance for that.
  • As part of our terms of trade, you accept that if you are covered by Upcharge that this bill will also be accepted. It is part of the terms that are subject to us as a company to be an authorized dealer at PSA. Of course, we document your extra costs and your covered cards by mail.

Why should be grade your cards?

  • It's not something you should, but it's a good idea.
  • It often increases the value in a map, especially if the card is in good condition.
  • It protects and retains the condition / quality as it has now.

What cards can one Grade?

  • You can in principle Grade all cards, but all cards may not increase in value.
  • Rare cards, with popular names are always a good thumb rule whether you collect on Pokemon cards, sports cards or cards such as Marvel or Garbage Pail Kid cards. A rare map is in our view a map where you know that not many cards have been produced, such as Secret Rainbows or "Case Hits" from Sports ALWAYS CHORT you know are not produced in the same amount as ordinary cards - these cards should be graded and preserved.
  • We degrees from time to time card because they have a special personal meaning to us. It could be short as we have had since we were kids, or maybe because we gather at a particular player or a specific pokemon. For example, we have a special love for just Pikachu. Not all Pikachu cards are so much worth it that it makes sense to graduate, but we do it anyway because it is fun and because it is for our private collections.

Are you insured when you send your card?

  • Maps that are physically stored at LetsgradeCards ApS are insured through the customer's own home insurance. Call your insurance company to hear more about your police.
  • We always send cards with the shipping company UPS - here we have the opportunity to purchase insurance.
  • You can purchase the amount of insurance you want here: https://letsgradecards.dk/collections/forsikring
  • Insurance of one's card when they are graded and sent home is part of the cost it costs of a few degrees a card at PSA. You are insured for "Fair Market Value" which is 100% something that PSA assesses.

What does shipping cost?

  • You have to pay to send your cards to us yourself, or deliver your cards to one of our hotspots!
  • If you choose to get your cards back with GLS when they are finished, it costs 50kr!
  • If you choose to hand over your cards to one of our hotspots it is free!

Do you have the right of withdrawal?

  • As long as one's card is in our possession, one has full return on all your cards.
  • If you choose to cancel some of your cards or cancel your order, you have to pay a return shipping of DKK 50.

How am I sure you are not running with all my cards?

At both PSA and HGA we are official dealers! - This honor is based on several years of experience, trust and a good reputation in the hobby! - To become an official dealer with a grading company, you have to review various background checks! - Safely chair at LetsgradeCards, it makes the very PSA and HGA! - If you are still in doubt, ask every customer who has graded cards through LetsgradeCards - this is probably the best "legit check" and bluestone you can get!

When are you sending again?

We have no fixed deadlines at LetsgradeCards! - We ship in relation to the connection we have from week to week. Often we send once a week, but during "dull periods" it may take up to 2-3 weeks before a specific submission type is shipped.

How am I sure you don't mix my card with someone else's if we send the same card?

It is carefully noted which order we send briefly. We always know that card # 1 belongs to customer x and card number 100 belongs to customer y. The second that PSA receives our card, all cards are assigned a certificate number found on one's slab. This number is a "unique identifier" where there is only one of each. No matter how many of the same cards have been sent in, we know exactly where in our order your card is located. With the certificate number it is easy to find of which card is yours and which card is someone else's. At this point, PSA is incredibly professional and even has a very tough and firm process to treat our cards so that they are not mixed together.

What are sub-degrees?

  • Sub-degrees are the four under the character which are always bearing when looking at the overall stand of a card.
  • Sub-degrees consisting of:
    • The corners.
    • The edges.
    • The surface.
    • The centering.

Are there always sub-degrees on my cards when they come home from grading?

  • At PSA, the answer is always no - this they do not offer.
  • At HGA, the answer is always yes! - This is built into the price of grading.
