When you make several orders with different submission types!

  • Each service/submission type must have its own order!
  • Be aware that on BULK(TCG) NOT must send sports cards! - However, you are welcome to send both TCG and SPORT on the service type called "VALUE, VALUE+, VALUE-MAX & REGULAR"
  • Orders containing several different shipping types may be met with a handling fee by LetsGradeCards ApS in extreme cases.
  • Orders that contain several different shipment types will be invoiced for freight, for each shipment type, as different shipment types are handled individually by PSA, and thereby delivered and handled by LetsGradeCards ApS individually.

Can I send the package with GLS or PostNord home delivery?

Yes! - If you use GLS! (We recommend you use our automatic ROUND/RETURN function, which you can choose when you have to pay and choose your delivery method. This choice is also to get your cards back with GLS! - You save time, money and trouble by using this optimized solution.

Shipments with all shipping companies other than GLS cause delays in our processing of your cards. Use our QR return system to your advantage.

Do you give volume discounts?

Can I buy several different submission types in the same order?

  • No! - Orders with more than one submission type will be cancelled.
  • We do this because cards from different submission types came home individually - This means that if you were to make an order with Bulk (TCG) and VALUE (ALL CARDS) which are 2 different submission types, your cards will not come home at the same time.
  • This means that we have to send your cards over several times - It is only possible for us to create tracking once on an order and therefore operational challenges will arise if you place an order where there is more than one submission type in your order - if you have questions about this, write to us at support@letsgradecards.dk

Can you explain the grading process?

  1. Pack your cards and send them safely, cf. ours packing guide!
  2. Access the website https://letsgradecards.dk and buy the number of cards you want to send to us.
  3. We receive your cards and take a picture of your package. Your image is uploaded to your order, which you can see by logging into your customer portal.

  5. One's cards are carefully packed into the correct row rim.
  6. We will send you a link to a video documentation and a list of which cards you have sent us when we are ready to send to PSA and always happens at the end of our process - it may therefore be 14+ days before you receive your documentation package! This always happens before your map is sent for grading, but it may take some time before you receive your video documentation and overview of the maps sent.
  7. Once all our internal procedures for safe handling and documentation have been completed, your cards will be sent by UPS. If you have paid for insurance, your cards are insured during this process.
  8. You can now find and follow your order on our tracking page! The page is automatically updated when changes are made to the PSA. Although some phases at PSA can vary in speed, this is completely normal when grading your cards. If there has been no change on our tracking page, there has been no change at PSA, but we assure you that your cards are fine!
  9. When your card has been received at LGC, from PSA, the website is automatically updated again! Shortly afterwards, your cards are sent back to you by GLS to the nearest parcel shop, or delivered to Matraws in KBH or Halmes-hule in Odense, depending on your choice - You will be notified by email when your parcel is ready to be collected. Please be aware that if you have chosen a Matraw store to pick up your cards, it may take up to 30 extra days before you receive your cards! - If you want fast delivery, always choose GLS!
  10. When your cards are sent from LGC, your order is updated with your tracking number - This triggers an automatic email to you, and you can also see your tracking number on your order via your customer portal.

Can you hand in your cards physically?

  • You can hand in your cards physically at Matraws in Copenhagen at Admiralgade 20, 1066 København K during the store's opening hours. However, be aware that this choice results in SIGNIFICANTLY longer delivery times. We always recommend that you send your cards directly to us. Use our automatic ROUND/RETURN function to make sure your package is sent correctly. Always follow our package guide, regardless of whether you send your order or hand them over physically in a hotspot.

How do I know that you have received my package if I send without tracking?

    • When a package is received, a picture of your package is taken and uploaded directly to your order! - Log in to your customer portal to see your picture!

What is the difference between TCG, Value, Value+, Value-MAX & Regular?

The difference is the speed of how quickly you get your cards back. There is also a difference in how expensive one's cards must be when they are graded before you are "upcharged" - (see what upcharge means further down this page!) - These speeds are ONLY estimates and NOT guarantees. PSA can change their estimated delivery times at any time without notice!

    • TCG-Bulk = 300$/card after grading and takes an estimated 6+ months to deliver.
    • Value = 500$/card after grading and takes an estimated 6+ months to deliver.
    • Value+ = 500$/card after grading and takes an estimated 3-4 months to deliver.
    • Value-MAX = 1000$/card after grading and takes an estimated 2½-3½ months to deliver.
    • Regular = 1500$/card after grading and takes an estimated 2-3 months for delivery.

    * If your card is worth more than the maximum declared values mentioned here, you should expect to be "upcharged" to a higher service tier!

How do I know how far my cards have come in the grading process?

    See our tracking page here:

The tracking function updates itself automatically every time there is a change at PSA.

Once my cards are graded, how do they get home to me?

Return cards are sent with GLS to the parcel shop selected when ordering. It is possible to change this by agreement with LGC.

If a delivery method of Matraws or Halmes-Hule has been selected when ordering, hand in your card here (Remember delivery can take up to +30 days) - Changing the choice from Matraws/Halmes-Hule to GLS will incur an administration fee of DKK 100.

If you have chosen to use our QR-Round/Return system, parcels will normally be sent to the recipient's nearest parcel shop, unless otherwise agreed.

How much does it cost to get your cards graded?

It varies from service type to service type.

Shipment type Starting price (Without insurance)
TCG Bulk DKK 185 per card
    Value DKK 215 per card
    Value+ DKK 380 per card
    ValueMAX DKK 500 per card
    Regular DKK 610 per card

If you buy 10 or more cards, you receive a 10% discount. This discount is waived in periods when there are offers for one or more services.

    What is top-up?

    • For example, if you send in a card which in its graded form is worth $1,500 on a bulk service where the maximum declared value is $500, there is a chance that you will be "upcharged" - it doesn't always happen, but there is a chance.
    • As part of our trading conditions, you agree that if you are covered by Upcharge, that this bill will also be accepted. It is part of the premises that are subject to us as a company in order to be an authorized dealer at PSA. We will of course document your extra costs and the grade of your included cards via email.

Why should you grade your cards?

      • It's not a MUST, but it's a good idea.
      • This often increases the value of a card, especially if the card is in good condition.
      • It protects and preserves the condition / quality it has now.

      What cards can be graded?

      • In principle, you can grade all cards, but it is not certain that all cards will increase in value.
      • Rare cards with popular names are always a good rule of thumb, regardless of whether you collect pokemon cards, sports cards or cards such as marvel or garbage pail kid cards. In our view, a rare card is a card where you know that not many cards have been produced, such as secret rainbows or "case hits" from sports are always cards that you know have not been produced in the same quantity as ordinary cards - these cards should be graded and preserved.
      • We grade cards from time to time because they have a special personal meaning to us. It could be cards we've had since we were kids, or maybe because we collect a certain player or pokemon. For example, we have a special love for Pikachu. Not all Pikachu cards are worth so much that it makes financial sense to grade them, but we do it anyway because it's fun and because it's for our private collections.

Are you insured when you send your cards?

      • Cards that are stored physically at LetsGradeCards ApS or a hotspot are insured via the customer's own contents insurance. Call your insurance company to find out more about your policy.
      • Insurance in all transport situations (incl. GLS) and when your cards are with PSA can be purchased here: https://letsgradecards.dk/collections/forsikring
      • Cards at PSA are insured, via the insurance you purchase on our website, and are calculated per short. This means that if you have purchased insurance for DKK 1000 on your entire order with 10 cards, each card is insured for DKK 100 with PSA. Should damage occur to your card(s) at PSA, you will be compensated at fair market value, however, up to a maximum of your insurance sum per short.
      • If you use our "QR - Return/Return" system, it is required that you can document the contents of the package and that you are in possession of your receipt from GLS, which you receive when you hand over your package.

      How much does shipping cost?

      • You have to pay yourself to send your cards TO us, or hand over your cards at one of our hotspots! - You can choose to buy a label (ROUND/RETURN) directly through us. The prices are similar to what you would pay at GLS, but you don't have to think about whether you have entered the correct information - we have done that for you!
      • If you choose to have your cards returned with GLS when they have been processed, it costs from DKK 50 and rises in line with GLS's shipping prices based on your total package weight.
      • If you choose to receive your order back at a hotspot, such as at Matraws, you still pay return freight corresponding to the price to GLS, as this payment goes to LetsGradeCards ApS for the time and costs the company has to deliver your package physically for you at a hotspot. (Note that the processing time for this choice is significantly longer than sending and receiving your orders with GLS)

Do you have the right of cancellation?

      • As long as your card is in our possession, you have full right of return on all your cards.
      • If you choose to cancel some of your cards or cancel your order, you must pay return shipping of DKK 50.

How am I sure you're not running away with all my cards?

We are official dealers at PSA - This honor is based on years of experience, trust and a good reputation in the hobby! - To become an official dealer with a grading company, you have to go through various background checks! - Rely on LetsGradeCards, PSA itself does - If you are still in doubt, ask every customer who has graded cards through LetsGradeCards - This is probably the best "legit check" you can get!

See our official PSA-Dealer approval on PSA's own website here:
https://www.psacard.com/dealers/search (in the name field, search for us by company name (LetsGradeCards)

Check out our trustpilot page here:
      https://dk.trustpilot.com/review/letsgradecards.dk

      When will you ship again?

As a rule, we only send cards when we have a large enough volume for it!

      * Value = 60 cards before we send
      * Value+ = 30 cards before we send
      * Regular = 5 cards before we send

Volume is critical to the LetsGradeCards business model! - This means that in periods with a low connection from the hobby there can be longer waiting times! - However, this also means that in periods of high connection, your cards will be sent as quickly as they can, and also before the given weekends as described above this section!

Special shipment types such as (but not exclusively) Reholder, Booster Packs, Dual-Grading etc. are available on our website all the months when the Nordic Card Show has a physical event in Denmark.

      Nordic Card Show in 2025:
      * October

      * 04.10.2025

How can I be sure you don't mix up my card with someone else's if we send the same card?

The order in which we send cards in is noted EXACTLY. We always know that card number 1 belongs to customer x and card number 100 belongs to customer y. The second that PSA receives our cards, all cards are assigned a certificate number that you find on your plate. This number is a "unique identifier" where there is only one of each. Regardless of how many of the same card are sent in, we know exactly where in our order your card is located. With the certificate number, it is easy to find out which card is yours and which card is someone else's. On this point PSA are incredibly professional and even have a very strict and fixed process to process our cards so they don't get mixed up.

      What are sub-grades?

      • Sub-grades are the four below the grade which are always bearing when looking at the overall condition of a card.
      • Sub-grades consist of:
        • The corners.
        • The edges.
        • The surface.
        • The centering.

Are there always sub-grades on my cards when they come home from grading?

      • At PSA, the answer is always NO - they do not offer this.
