That's how it goes

The different tier-levels are based on high volume. The volume can be negotiated if your need for grading mainly consists of sending in the "expensive" services such as Value-Max, Regular and Express.

There are no requirements for how often you send, or basically how much you send at once! - We continuously mark how far you have reached in your annual quota! - If you are close to achieving a better status, we will send you an informative email.

 

Especially for B2B customers

As a B2B customer, you should note that part of the total price is subject to VAT. In practice, this means that as a B2B customer you have to deal with the real price.

 

Price changes

Prices can be changed in these cases:

* PSA changes their prices which affects us

* Shipping costs change significantly. This also includes insurance

* The dollar exchange rate changes to over 6.7. The prices will change based on the total cost for a given service type which is variable. Price increases are notified with 7 days, when all tables are changed and adjusted!

Similarly, price reductions may occur if:

* PSA lowers their prices for a given service

* The dollar exchange rate falls to 6.0.

 

How to become a VIP customer

You can always write to our support at support@letsgradecards.dk or you can sign up to be a VIP for a physical event. You can see all the events we participate in on our website here: https://letsgradecards.dk/pages/event-kalender 

Write how much you estimate to send for grading in the next 12 months. We do not expect you to hit 100% correctly, but are you e.g. signed up for a TCG tier 2 program and in 12 months only sends 50 card/s, then may be deprived of its benefits. It is completely free to sign up and your discount will be activated immediately!

As a VIP, you have the opportunity to place your order today and pay later in the process.
Value = QA Phase
Value Max = Assembly
Regular = Assembly
Express & Super-Express is paid as soon as an invoice is sent.

As Express and Super-Express are typically completed at PSA relatively quickly, it is necessary that the invoice for these services be paid immediately when LetsGradeCards ApS sends them to the VIP Customer.

If your total credit at LetsGradeCards ApS is over DKK 100,000, your invoice will be sent for payment as a starting point in previous phases, to ensure payment takes place on time.

How to order

Log in to your profile which is registered as VIP. It is important that you log in to your correct user (the email that is registered in our system). Select the service type (e.g. value) you wish to use and note that it is only possible to select one service type at a time!

Customize your order with insurance, according to your needs and indicate if there is card/s in your shipment which must be transferred into a correct PSA approved "Simi-Rigids", and add your setup to your basket! Note that your VIP discount is deducted at checkout!

Now proceed to "checkout" (payment) and choose how you want to have your order returned when the process is over. Please note that if you choose to use our QR function, you will receive an email from us card/s time after you have placed your order.

If you have Store Credit available, you can use your Store Credit as a payment solution. If you don't have enough payment with Store-Credit, you pay the rest later with an invoice!

You must choose the payment method "Bank Deposit" and later, when you receive an invoice from us, make a direct transfer to our bank. You must not use your payment card, as there are high transaction fees that are saved by using a bank transfer and are the reason why we can keep some sharp prices for you!

When the process has been completed, you will now receive an order confirmation and you are ready to send us your order or hand it in, see our package guide for a physical show.

Insurance

Insurance covers you in everyone transport situations incl. shipments with GLS.

When you choose to use our QR-GLS - Return solution, it is required that you can document the content of your shipment when you send your card/s to us. 

You can NOT be covered for more than the market value of one card/s. Do you buy insurance for 10,000 on one card/s for a market value of DKK 1,000, you are ONLY covered for DKK 1,000!

 

All prices in the tables below are based on an exchange rate to the US dollar of 6.50. The prices for "grading fee" and "handling fee" are affected by the dollar exchange rate and are therefore not 100% accurate and are therefore continuously regulated. You will be able to experience this one's final invoice from LetsGradeCards ApS.

Regular

Express

Max Declared Value - 2500$:

Turn around: ~20-30 working days (When registering in PHASE 3)
