Refund policy
Right of cancellation:
As a consumer, you have the right of cancellation as long as your cards are still in our possession. As soon as your cards have been sent to Grading, the right of cancellation expires.
As a starting point, you have the right of cancellation as long as your card has not left LetsGradeCards. The right of cancellation expires when LetsGradeCards has sent your cards to Grading.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to support@letsgradecards.dk.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have sent us several cards, you have the option to cancel one or more of your cards and ask to have them returned. Payment for handling fees is not waived, and the buyer pays separately for return freight in these cases.
Please note that you will receive a separate invoice via e-mail for the return costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Cancellation of order
When canceling or canceling an order that has already been placed, it should generally be done before 18.00 on the same day as the order is made.
Cancellation must be made in writing to support@letsgradecards.dk, or via our contact form, where reference is made to the order number.
