Acceptance of trade terms
With each purchase, the buyer must accept the terms and conditions applicable at any time, which can be found on our website https://www.letsgradecards.dk
LetsGradeCards is obliged at all times to follow the PSA's Terms of Trade, which form part of the general conditions any customer (both B2C and B2B) accepts when using LetsGradeCards' service/s

PSA's delivery times
All PSA delivery times are EXCLUSIVELY an ESTIMATE and not a GUARANTEE!
LetsGradeCards ApS has no influence on PSA's processing speed or assessment (grade) of a collector's item. LetsGradeCards ApS informs about PSA's estimated delivery times based on PSA's official website and associated information and tries to include LetsGradeCards ApS' processing time in all phases.

Special conditions for B2B customers.
It is in no way permitted for a B2B customer to send cards as a company where there are cards from private customers. All private customers must place an order directly with LetsGradeCards. Breach may result in termination of B2B cooperation, with immediate effect!
Extra fee
The buyer must be aware that PSA may come up with an extra fee for grading services. The most common fee is "upcharge" when you have sent an expensive card on a cheap service. Read our FAQ for more information about upcharge. PSA PULLS $2/card for each card you send in a toploader or if there is a "pull slip" with your card. You must send in a penny sleeve together with a card saver / simi rigid card holder that has these measurements; 3-3/16" x 4-1/4". Cards that are thicker than 75 pt must be sent in toploaders!
All fees attributed to LetsGradeCards from PSA will be invoiced to the customer. Cards are only sent back when all outstanding debts between the customer and LetsGradeCards have been paid.
Purchase of goods
Items purchased at Letsgradecards.dk are purchased through the webshop. At the end of the order, you will be sent an order email/receipt, which states which services you have ordered and their price. This confirmation serves as a warranty certificate/order receipt. It is recommended to save/print it as an extra security.
If LetsGradeCards ApS has not received your package of cards no later than 30 days after an order has been placed on our website, LetsGradeCards ApS allows itself the right to cancel a given order.
Follow our packing guide
Collecting objects that are sent to LetsGradeCards or handed over to the company physically are basically always covered by our package guide which can be found here;

If our package guide is not followed, delays may occur in the processing of your collected objects and an administration fee will be imposed on the customer. Cards sent into incorrect holders (toploaders or simi-rigids that do not meet this standard measure 3-3/16" x 4-1/4" will be charged a fee of up to DKK 15 per card. It is NOT permitted to send cards in penny sleeves that have a "pull slip".
Special desire for placement and order of his cards
If you have a special wish for a specific order in which your cards must be entered and sent to PSA, a note must be attached in the package to LetsGradeCards ApS. This service costs DKK 10 per card. Customers are asked to place duplicates and cards from the same set one behind the other when sending or delivering cards to LetsGradeCards. LetsGradeCards ApS reserves the right to change the order of cards, unless otherwise stated in your order.
Damage during transport with GLS
Goods are always returned to customers with GLS, unless otherwise agreed!
There may be damage to the "slabs" in this shipment. If there is damage to products sent with GLS, the recipient of the shipment must respond within 24 hours to LetsGradeCards ApS, at support@letsgradecards,dk, so that a complaint can be made to GLS within their 5-day deadline. If the damage is not reported to LetsGradeCards ApS within 24 hours, it is not always possible for LetsGradeCards ApS to help in such situations.
Insurance in freight situations and during storage with PSA
You have the option to purchase more insurance which covers the customer in all transport situations (incl. GLS). Additional insurance cannot exceed the fair market value of a given card. We value a card based on an average "last sold" of the three most recent sales of a card.
If you use our QR, ROUND/RETURN system, it is required that you can document the contents of the package and that you have your receipt from GLS as proof that you have delivered your package.
Insurance in case of damage to cards caused by PSA
The insurance you purchase for your order is applied to your cards as "Max Declared Value" at PSA. Your cards are insured for the average you have purchased insurance for on your order, unless otherwise written to us, either by mail or as a note in your shipment!
This means that if you have bought insurance for DKK 1,000 on 10 cards, you are insured for DKK 100 per card with PSA. If there is damage to your cards while they are with PSA, you will be compensated for the fair market value of your card(s), however, up to a maximum of the insurance you have purchased per short. It is not possible to insure a card for more than "Max Declared Value" on a given service type.

Insurance when the card is in the possession of LetsGradeCards ApS
When cards are stored in RAW or GRADED condition at LetsGradeCards ApS or an associated "hotspot" which includes (but is not excluded for) Matraws (Copenhagen) and Halmes-Hule (Odense), you as a customer are insured via your own contents insurance. Storage at LetsGradeCards ApS is at your own risk!
For more information on how you are covered via your contents insurance, you must contact your insurance company and find out how your policy covers you.
Give Away's
LetsGradeCards ApS often has competitions of various kinds, where you as a customer have the opportunity to win free grading. If you are the lucky winner of one of the "Give Away", your card must be received by LetsGradeCards ApS within 30 days of winning. If LetsGradeCards ApS has not received the card or cards within 30 days to be graded via a Give Away, the offer will expire.
Prices and VAT
LetsGradeCards ApS primarily addresses the Danish market. Therefore, all prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK). All services subject to VAT include 25% VAT in the price. The VAT rate indicated via the grading services website is INDICATIVE.
If you need a current and accurate invoice, with the purely actual VAT rate, this can be requested via support@letsgradecards.dk.
Discount ladder
As a starting point, LetsGradeCards ApS has a fixed discount rate on its grading services at PSA.
Should LetsGradeCards have an offer for a given service, the existing discount ladder will expire! - If LetsGradeCards ApS has an offer for a service where you would have gotten a better price due to your quantity and the discount ladder is deactivated, you can always write to LetsGradeCards ApS at support@letsgradecards.dk before placing your order to have your order set up.
Payment
When you shop at LetsGradeCards, you can pay by bank transfer, MobilePay or credit card. The stated price that appears at the last stage of the payment process is the current price that must be paid. There are NO hidden costs.
In the event of an "upcharge" at PSA, a separate additional bill may occur. See conditions for "upcharge" further down in these conditions. Read more about "upcharge" in our FAQ or directly in PSA's own trading conditions.
Payment with "Bank Deposit"

It is possible to pay with a direct bank transfer. Unless otherwise agreed with LetsGradeCards ApS, your order must be paid no later than 8 days after it has been placed on the website. If you are a B2B (Business 2 business) customer, a full invoice is sent. Here you also have an 8-day payment deadline, unless otherwise agreed with LetsGradeCards ApS. If your invoice is not paid 8 days after it has been issued, a reminder will be sent (unless otherwise agreed). If you do not pay your reminder, your invoice can in the worst case end up with a debt collection.
Orders are only sent back to the customer when payment for the given order has been received.
LetsGradeCards ApS reserves the right in extreme cases, where several reminders have not had the desired effect, to sell cards from unpaid orders as cover. Should this be the case, LetsGradeCards ApS documents every sale, every expense incurred by LetsGradeCards ApS, which is offset against the unpaid invoice.
Cancellation of order (Lack of connection)
In the event that LetsGradeCards ApS does not experience enough connection on a given service type, LetsGradeCards ApS reserves the right to cancel the order. Customers who will be affected by this will receive a personal inquiry via email or phone from LetsGradeCards, where a decision is made together with the individual customer on what should happen with the given order.
Cancellation of order (Cancellation by customer)
When canceling or canceling an order that has already been placed, it should generally be done before 18:00 on the same day as the order is made.
Cancellation must be made in writing to support@letsgradecards.dk, or via our contact form, where reference is made to the order number.
If an order is canceled after LetsGradeCards ApS has carried out the customer's video documentation and produced the customer's overview, it costs DKK 50/card in handling fee to LetsGradeCards ApS for the work the company has done.
Video, Pictures and Streaming
LetsGradeCards ApS is allowed to take pictures, video and stream your cards on various social media in RAW and graded mode. The owner of the card is never called. Material can be used as part of LetsGradeCards ApS's overall marketing strategy. Cards that are found in extremely small quantities and where it can therefore be said that an image can be attributed to a person, are not used by LetsGradeCards ApS without the customer's prior approval.
In case of upcharge
All cases of UPCHARGE at PSA are automatically approved. If you as a customer are covered by an UPCHARGE situation, we document to the customer the card or cards that are covered, what grade the card has received and what the total amount from PSA has been. LetsGradeCards ApS subsequently sends an additional bill to the customer in question. Only when one's extra bill in connection with UPCHARGE has been paid to LetsGradeCards ApS and received, will one's order be sent back!
Upcharge from PSA will be met with an administration fee of 3$ or up to 15% of their upcharge bill to LGC.
DOWN-GRADE situations
All cases where PSA takes a card out of an existing PSA holder, which is the case when using "REHOLDER" services, or if there have been errors such as e.g. spelling mistakes in one's label, which are corrected by PSA, ALL cards without exception are covered by a new grading. This means that you are not guaranteed to receive the same grade as originally awarded. Should it happen that you are covered by a "DOWN-GRADE" situation, it is always the individual owner of the card's own responsibility! - LetsGradeCards ApS is obliged to inform the customer about the situation, and can in some cases offer customers who are covered by "DOWN-GRADE" to have their cards encapsulated as "Authentic".
Right of cancellation:
As a consumer, you have the right of cancellation for 14 days, or as long as your cards are still in our possession. As soon as your cards have been sent for grading, the right of cancellation expires.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have sent us several cards, you have the option to cancel one or more of your cards and ask to have them returned if they have not yet been sent to PSA. Payment for handling does not waive.
Please note that you will receive a separate invoice via e-mail for the return costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Freight:
Shipments in Denmark are made with GLS and delivered to the customer, based on the choice the customer has made when ordering. If you choose the GLS ROUND/RETURN solution, your package is delivered to the nearest parcel shop, unless otherwise agreed with the individual customer.
When sending for grading, packages are sent with UPS.
When your goods are returned from grading, it happens with:
- PSA: FedEx/DHL
Freight between internal operating locations
Packages delivered in Matraws or Halmes cave will generally be picked up and delivered by a member from LetsGradeCards. There may be situations where it is necessary for us to send or send parcels to and from Matraws/Halmes cave if it is not possible to pick up and drop off at the stores. Packages are sent with GLS, and are the customer's own responsibility!
Documentation:
Your cards are filmed when your package is opened by LetsGradeCards ApS, so that the contents of your package can be documented. This documentation is stored for up to 5 years after your cards have arrived at LetsGradeCards.
As part of our documentation, the customer receives a PDF overview of cards received and sent for grading.
Condition of the item.
Your cards will be video-documented upon arrival at LetsGradeCards. If there are signs of damage due to shipping, you will receive an immediate notification from LetsGradeCards. As a rule, we do not document the balance of your cards in our videos. We only document what we have received and in what quantity.

Use our automatic ROUND/RETURN function with GLS so you are sure all information is correct and your package arrives safely. If you choose to send on your own, packages must be sent to:
Home delivery! (See address above this): "Always send with home delivery" - We only accept parcels from GLS. Shipments with PostNord, Bring, etc. run the risk of not being delivered correctly!"
Packages can also be dropped off at the Matraws store in Copenhagen and Halmes Hule in Odense. Please note that this choice will result in a SIGNIFICANTLY longer delivery time. We try to avoid sending your cards that have been delivered in Matraws or Halmes Hule, but this can happen. Customer bears all responsibility for any shipment that may be from Halmes Hule or Matraws to LetsGradeCards ApS.
Right of complaint
As a consumer, in Denmark, you have 24 months right of complaint. You can always complain about the service you have received from LetsGradeCards if there has been an error in your card processing.
If an error is discovered, the buyer is obliged to, as soon as possible and within a reasonable time, contact LetsGradeCards ApS and explain what the error consists of.
Information on appeal options
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk.
