Packing guide - How to pack yours card/s to us!

Follow this package guide when you deliver card/s to us, regardless of whether it is with a freight company like GLS, whether you use one of our hotspots, or meet us physically at an event like NCS! - Are you sending yours card/s we recommend that you use our automatic ROUND/RETURN function, where a few minutes after you have placed your order, you receive a QR code for GLS - This can be displayed in your local GLS package shop and used to send to us. In this way, you do not have to deal with point 6 of this package guide. 

Step 1:

Place yours card/s there min thinner than 75p.t in penny-sleeves and then in Card-Savers / Simi-rigid of the size; 3-3/16" x 4-1/4" inches. There must NOT be "pull tie" on your penny sleeves! Is yours card/s chewier than 75 p.t. you are allowed to send in a toploader/magnetic case.

Improper submission and use of toploaders or incorrect sizes of simi-rigids or, if submitted card/s with "pull-ties" are invoiced separately at DKK 15 per misdemeanor per card/s!
That is, if you have sent a card/s in a top-loader with a pull-slip you are invoiced DKK 30. 

Place duplicates next to each other, you have card/s from the same series, these must be placed next to each other! - Do not place yours card/s correctly, there may be delays in our processing of yours card/s. 

Step 2:

Now take your pile with you card/s, and put a piece of cardboard around them. If necessary, place them in a "Graded Card Bag" first. There can be approximately 12 Card Savers in a bag. You must and must NOT pack all yours card/s individually!

Do you want your card/s sent in a specific order to PSA, you must mark this by attaching a note in your shipment, it costs DKK 10 percard/s. This service is billed separately. 

Step 3:

Protect your objects with plastic. Wrap some bubble wrap around your cardboard pieces and secure with tape.

Step 4:

Put your objects in a suitable box. Fill any air spaces with plastic or newspaper.

Step 5:

Close your box with packing tape or duct tape. Write your name and order number typical on the side of your checkout!

 

Step 6:

Send us your package! - Use our automatic QR function. It's faster for you! - It is cheaper (also applies to your return freight) and your package will reach us safely. Document yours card/s before you send, you are covered by our insurance, which you purchase with your order. If you use other shipping options, there may be a delay in our processing of yours card/s.

Home delivery! (See address above this): "Always send with home delivery" - We only accept parcels from GLS. Shipments with PostNord, Bring, etc. run the risk of not being delivered correctly!"

IMPORTANT!:

You must follow this package guide regardless of whether you are sending with GLS or whether you are handing over yours card/s in one of our hotspots "Halmes Hule (Odense) or Matraws (Copenhagen)" or if you meet us at a Nordic Card Show! - In case you are at a show and receiving card/s for the physical event that you want to send with us, you can go to our booth for the event and receive the things you need to pack your card/s to us!
