Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.

We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver your cards to you and provide the services that are required.
The personal information is registered with LGC and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We collaborate with a number of companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We cooperate with data processors in the EU and the USA. The data controller at letsgradecards.dk is LetsGradeCards ApS.

The legal basis for our processing of your personal data follows from:

  • Legitimate interest, data protection regulation article 6, 1(f), when you contact LetsGradeCards via the "contact form", data is processed based on your request in order to enter into a collaboration.
  • Consent, data protection regulation article 6, 1(a), when signing up for newsletters
  • Contractual authority, GDPR article 6, 1(b), when using our grading service and for picking up cards at the customer's private address  when you accept our trading conditions. This is the basis for us to provide the service and assistance that LetsGradeCards is based on. After the card has been picked up at your private address, your phone number is deleted from our SMS supplier, RelationCity

If our processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you must know that your consent is given voluntarily and can be withdrawn at any time, you can do this by pressing unsubscribe in the newsletter, or by sending an email to support@letsgradecards.dk

If you choose to withdraw consent, it does not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data on the basis of your previously communicated consent, and up to the time of withdrawal. If you withdraw your consent, it therefore only takes effect from this point.

How the company processes your information
We process your personal data confidentially and access to personal data is based on a work-related need.

Shopify:
LetsGradeCards ApS uses the hosting platform "Shopify" to store and process all orders received on our domain, https://letsgradecards.dk. Your user profile can be deleted by contacting support@letsgradecards.dk. However, we can only delete your profile when all open orders have been fully processed, in order to fulfill the service that has been purchased.

Dinner: LetsGradeCards ApS uses the accounting program "Dinero" where all orders are stored for 5 years cf. the Bookkeeping Act.

RelationCity: LetsGradeCards ApS, Uses the supplier "RelationCity" for SMS marketing and to send out news or notices about picking up cards (Private pickup)

Google Cloud Platform:LetsGradeCards ApS, Uses Google Cloud Platform to store customers' video documentation and overviews. This data through for 2 years.

PSA: LetsGradeCards ApS, are official partners of PSA. In extreme cases, it may be necessary for LetsGradeCards ApS to share the company's internal overviews and lists with customer information so that PSA can look after the interests of the customers and the hobby. Should serious accidents occur, such as illness or death internally at LetsGradeCards ApS, which would result in the company not being able to maintain the service that is required of us, PSA has an opportunity to assist the individual customers. PSA therefore has access to LetsGradeCard's ApS cloud-based infrastructure. PSA does not share information or other data received from LetsGradeCards ApS with other third parties!

Your rights
Right to see information (right of access)

  • You may have the right to gain insight into the information that we process about you, as well as a range of additional information.

Right to rectification (rectification)

  • You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.

Right to erasure

  • In special cases, you have the right to delete information about you before the time of our general general deletion occurs.

Right to restriction of processing

  • In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have the processing restricted, we may in future only process the information - apart from storage - with your consent, or in order for legal claims to be established.

Right to object

  • In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data. You can also object to the processing of information for direct marketing.

Right to transmit information (data portability)

  • In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
