Here you will find all practical information about "hotspots". Hotspots are new initiatives like LetsgradeCards try to establish where you as a customer can hand in your cards physically, with a trusted LGC employee or a partner.

You can still send to cards to LGC as you have always done - see relevant information in our FAQ:

What is a hotspot?

A "hotspot" is a local place in Denmark where you have the opportunity to hand in your cards physically instead of sending them to us!

How does it work?

LetsgradeCards have a number of partners who are willing to take on your cards to be sent to grading. Once you have placed your order on our website, choose the method you would like your cards back on - for example, if you choose "matraws" then your cards will be delivered to the selected hotspot when your cards return from grading! - You will be notified via mail when your cards are ready to be picked up.

When we download your package you will receive a picture as documentation that we are now in possession of your package - this is typically sent to the mail you have used when you placed your order on our webshop

Before your cards are sent to grading, you will receive as a fixed procedure a video documentation and an overview of your cards.

When are there deadlines at a hotspot?

Deadlines at the local hotspots are a week before the normal deadline. In order for us to pick up your parcel everywhere in the country, we need some time. Therefore, the deadline is basically a week before the normal deadline, at the local hotspot locations

Why choose a hotspot?

We are working to create as optimal security for you as a customer as possible! - If you are tight with having to send your cardboard jewelry by mail then a hotspot is a good solution for you. Then you also save some money on shipping :)

Who can become hotspots?

If you have a hobby store in a central city in Denmark and want to enter into a collaboration with Letsgradecards then we would love to hear from you! - Contact Lasse Work Beech at +4593874207 and have a non -binding conversation
